On December 12, 2025, students from XII "e" class, major “Commerce,” took part in an innovative dual lesson “Electronic Transactions. Security and Protection,” combining knowledge from “Organization and Techniques of Commercial Payments” and “E-commerce.” The session was led by Ms. Gergana Boteva and Ms. Nedka Milenova.

The lesson took the students behind the scenes of digital payments—from clicking “Buy” to a successful and secure payment moving through various systems, technologies, and safeguards.

  1. They traced the transaction path through payment gateways and processing systems.
  2. They examined the role of encryption, tokenization, and two-factor authentication.
  3. They discussed personal data protection and responsible behavior when paying online.

The seniors showed excellent preparation—joining discussions, solving a crossword, working in teams, and demonstrating practical skills and digital culture. Guided by their teachers, they reinforced knowledge of secure and responsible information exchange in the digital environment—an essential skill for modern commerce.

The dual lesson proved that when theory meets practice, learning becomes not only useful but genuinely engaging.
