The initiative involved students studying the subject “Human Resource Management”.
A special guest at the event was Veselina Markova – HR Manager at BTL Industries JSC, one of the leading companies in Bulgaria with more than 800 employees and a modern production complex in Plovdiv.
During the meeting, the students received valuable guidance for successful preparation for a job interview – how to present themselves confidently, how to structure their behavior, and what the real expectations of employers are in the modern business environment. Practical examples and real situations were presented, which sparked active interest and many questions.
The event was organized by Dr. Ilian Pehlivanov, teacher of “Human Resource Management”, with the assistance of Nedka Milenova. It is part of the high school’s efforts to create a sustainable link between education and real business.
The meeting took place in a dynamic and motivating atmosphere and gave the students a clear idea of the requirements of the labor market. The initiative encouraged the young people to develop purposefully and to confidently set out on the path of their future professional realization.
