The National Trade Gymnasium in Plovdiv continues its charity campaign in support of 10-year-old Mitko.
From the Easter charity bazaar organized by the Student Council just days ago, 2,828.45 euros were raised. The total funds collected have now reached 4,250 euros, including 1,950 leva that have already been provided to Mitko's family to support his treatment.
The school management, represented by Principal Nikolay Mitev, expressed gratitude to all students, parents and teachers who joined the campaign.
"The support that was gathered is the result of collective efforts and shows that when there is a clear cause, everyone responds," he commented.
The campaign began at the start of the school year. A special mission marked September 15, 2025 – the charity initiative "Give Hope Instead of Flowers," in support of Mitko's treatment through the "Night of Angels" foundation. Instead of bouquets for teachers – students, parents, the Board of Trustees and the Public Council, friends and partners donated funds, proving that the community of the Trade Gymnasium is strong because it knows how to be united in doing good.
