Hereby, the Board of Trustees of the “SCHOOL BOARD AT THE COMMERCIAL HIGH SCHOOL - PLOVDIV” – UIC: 115831304, Plovdiv, 50 Ruski Blvd., informs you that a regular General Assembly of the board is being convened.
In this regard, we invite you to attend the General Assembly, which will take place on 30.06.2026 at 6:00 PM in Room No. 1 at the NATIONAL COMMERCIAL HIGH SCHOOL - PLOVDIV, address: Plovdiv, 50 Ruski Blvd., with the following agenda:
1. Change in the composition of the members – admission of new members and termination of membership in the board at the request of members and as a result of members dropping out.
2. Adoption of the annual activity report of the School Board at the National Commercial High School Plovdiv for 2025.
3. Adoption of the annual financial report of the School Board at the National Commercial High School — Plovdiv for the financial year 2025 and discharge of the Board of Trustees from liability;
4. Adoption of the School Board budget for 2026.
5. Adoption of the School Board program for 2026.
6. Release of the Board of Trustees and election of new members.
7. Decision on changing the membership fee and amendment of Article 48 of the Statute of the School Board at the National Commercial High School — Plovdiv.
8. Other matters.
In the absence of a quorum, the meeting will be held at the same place one hour later, regardless of the number of attendees.
