Within the allotted 2 class periods, the students from the group were randomly divided into teams, and their task was to report on the overall activity of their training company and present their participation in the year-round group process.
The 6 teams shared their impressions from participating in the Festival of Training Companies, which was held from 22 to 24 April 2026, what they could improve and build upon in their work, what procedures they went through for registering the company, forming the team, choosing the business activity, how they communicated with suppliers and clients, with the institutions of BUCTNAP, BUCTBANK, the Patent Office, and others, how they built their marketing policy, and what financial-accounting and management activities they carried out. They also gave advice, based on the mistakes they had identified, to the current tenth-graders, who are future participants in the training-company model.
The open lesson was a kind of summary of the knowledge and skills accumulated during the school year for real practical activities in creating and managing a business, an opportunity provided by the classes in working in a training enterprise. In addition, the students demonstrated their presentation skills. Congratulations on their courage and excellent performance!
